Elon Musk Reveals Plans To Appoint His Successor As The New CEO Of Twitter By The End Of 2023

The CEO of twitter, Elon Musk has said that he might appoint his successor as the new CEO of twitter by the end of 2023 but he first needs to stabilize his social media company before anything.

""Meanwhile, I'm probably guessing or thinking that towards the ending of this year should be the best and appropriate time to find someone else that will be suitable run the company,"" he told the World Government Summit Conference (WGSC) in Dubai through the video.

I really need to stabilise the organisation also and make sure it's in a healthy place and that the product roadmap will be clearly laid out. I also think that around the ending of the year should be the suitable time for that

Moreover, Musk took over as the CEO of Twitter in October as a part of his $44 billion acquisition deal that has made him more firm on the social media.

The multi billionaire had also indicated that during the late last year that he did't expect to be the permanent CEO of Twitter and eventually will hand over the reins to someone else.

In December time, Musk tweeted a poll asking people and fans whether he should step down as the head of Twitter or not. But unfortunately, the majority of the 17.5 million votes said yes to him.

I will resign as the CEO as soon as I find someone good enough that will take the job to the next level and after that, I will only run and lunch the software & servers with the teams and leave the rest for you to continue, Musk tweeted after the poll that day.

Forbes analysis has ranked Musk as the second wealthiest  person in the whole world, just behind the French luxury brand magnate Bernard Arnault. Forbes also estimated Musk's wealth at just under the worth of $200 billion.

Since the time Musk took full ownership of Twitter on October 27, the entire platform has undergone a series of rapid and extreme changes, including charging the sum of $10 for a blue tick.
